These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Fanzel Labs, Inc. ("Fanzel Labs", "we", "us", "our"), a Delaware corporation, and govern your access to and use of our website, software products, and AI copilots (together, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

AI-generated outputs are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before use. We make no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose.
The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Fanzel Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for legitimate business reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANZEL LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fanzel Labs from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
